Aioli and Mayonnaise are traditionally used to flavour salads, whether a green leafy salad, potato, pasta or rice salad. The addition of a fantastically flavoured Aioli can make all the difference to the taste. Aioli is also wonderful on sandwiches, rolls and wraps for a tasty lunch.
LEMON & DILL AIOLI
A simply delicious alternative to Tartare Dressing. Superb with salmon as well as tuna and other white fish. Also fantastic with chicken and pork.
Serving Suggestion - Lemon & Dill Fish Burgers
For a quick and easy weekend dinner, buy some soft hot dog rolls and crumbed fish fillets. Pan-fry the fillets and pop into the bun, top with a generous dollop of Lemon and Dill Aioli. Add shredded lettuce, grated raw pumpkin, diced cucumber and chopped shallots. Serve with oven fries.
